Here's everything you need to know about ordering from us.

Ordering & Payment

All orders are placed through our website at elaradancewear.co.uk.

Payment is required in full at checkout. Once you've placed your order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it.

Your order is accepted when we send your dispatch confirmation. If we're unable to fulfil your order, we'll get in touch and arrange a refund.

All prices are in pounds sterling (£), with delivery charges clearly shown at checkout.

Our Products

We do our best to make sure our photographs, product descriptions and sizing information are accurate.

Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.

If you're unsure about sizing or have any questions, just get in touch. We're always happy to help.

Delivery

We currently deliver throughout the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

You can find details of delivery charges, dispatch times and options for urgent or international orders on our Delivery Information page.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 28 days of purchase, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

You also have the legal right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return your items.

For cancellations under your statutory rights, we'll refund the cost of the returned items and, where you cancel your full order, the standard delivery charge. Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return or evidence that you've sent it back, whichever is earlier.

Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns.

Your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

Need to change or cancel your order? Just email us at hello@elaradancewear.co.uk as soon as possible.

Please include your name, order number and let us know you'd like to cancel.

We'll do our best to help, even if your order has already been dispatched.

Your statutory cancellation rights are not affected.
